Search for canoeists now recovery mission

A search for New Ulm canoeists 26-year-old Ryan J. Busch and 27-year-old Andrew T. DeRock in Wisconsin has now been declared a recovery mission, according to Bring Me the News.

The search continues after the two men went missing while canoeing in northwestern Wisconsin late last month.

Bring Me the News said that according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, the two went out on a canoe on the Minong Flowage on the evening of Oct. 28.

Family members found their capsized canoe the next day and reported them missing.

Minong Flowage spans around 1,600-acres.
