Mother Nature May Celebrate Independence Day With a Hurricane
The National Weather Service is warning that everyone from the Carolinas to the Northeast might be in for a soggy 4th of July. According to CNN, Arthur (since it's the first storm of the season and all) is expected to graduate to a tropical storm later today.
