ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Spanish Lake woman is accused of threatening violent retribution against school administrators and others after bringing her child to the hospital after a school official restrained him.

According to the Berkeley Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incident occurred on March 14.

Police claim Berkeley Elementary School called Tamika Stewart, 34, and asked she remove her son from the premises. When Stewart arrived at the school, she saw the school’s vice principal restraining her son.

Stewart brought her child to the hospital after he complained of trouble breathing after being restrained. While at the hospital, police claim Stewart posted a Facebook Live video in which she voiced her frustration and threatened to ”go up there and f*** the principal up … assistant principal … whoever the f*** he is. I’m going to f*** him up. I’m coming straight into that mother f****** school and I’m tearing that b**** up. Ya’ll gonna see me on the news. Woman kill police. Woman kill…whoever. Whoever in my mother f****** way. You don’t want me to do that. I swear to God, if I come back up to that school, ain’t nobody coming out of that motherf*****. Ain’t nobody coming out of that school if I come up there. Ya’ll don’t know what the f*** I’m thinking. Like, for real, I see how people straight lose they mind and go up into these schools and f*** one of these teachers up and blow they motherf****** brains out.”

Breaking News

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Stewart with first-degree terrorist threat and first-degree harassment. She was jailed without bond.

Court records do not have an attorney listed for Stewart.

If convicted, Stewart faces up to seven years in prison and a $10,000 fine on the terrorist charge, and up to four years in prison and a $10,000 fine for harassment.
