Mostly dry, spotty showers possible Wednesday

(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Most of us were treated to another round of great weather on Tuesday! Sunshine with highs in the mid-80s– not bad! Again, the exception was in the mountains, where a few isolated showers and storms popped up. The pattern continues Wednesday– most neighborhoods stay dry, but spotty showers and storms are possible in the mountains.

Another front will approach Thursday, and with more heat and humidity, we’ll likely see some heavy rain and storms moving in for the afternoon and evening. This will mark the beginning of the return of an unsettled pattern, meaning daily chances of showers and storms. Keep this in mind throughout Memorial Day and race weekend– you may have to head indoors or take shelter if you’ll be outside!

Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 63.

Wednesday: Sun & clouds. High 87.
