Moving on to a warmer and likely drier pattern

TONIGHT: Partly Cloudy, Pleasant. Lo 57. Winds SE 0-5 mph.

MONDAY: Partly Cloudy, Warmer. Hi 77.

TUESDAY: Mild, Dry. Hi 79.

This was a nice way to end the weekend! Sunshine broke through the low level moisture and we ended up with highs near 80°. This evening and tonight stay dry with pleasant weather and temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s.

We’ll stick with the nice weather for the duration of the work week with temperatures hovering in the mid 70s to low-mid 80s at times. We are watching for a line of showers and storms to move through late Wednesday- although this has been trending later in the model guidance possibly pushing the rain until Thursday. This is as a cold front is set to move through Thursday afternoon along with a chance for showers. Beyond the end of the work week, a ridge of high pressure looks to be settling over the East Coast. This could in fact keep much of Memorial Day weekend mild and dry. However, there is a weak area of low pressure that undercuts this ridge. This may bring some clouds, but reliable guidance keeps the rain away from the Midstate.
