Monster Jam coming to Pensacola
PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — An “unforgettable motorsports experience” is coming to Pensacola for a weekend event in July, according to organizers.
Monster Jam, a motorsports tour featuring monster truck drivers competing in “competitions of speed and skill, ” is coming to Pensacola’s Bay Center from July 20-21.

According to event organizers, Monster Jam is “The only place to see the world’s most popular trucks and best drivers.”
“Pensacola fans will be on the edge of their seats as the world’s best drivers show off massive stunts, big air, backflips, crazy skills and all-out racing in fierce head-to-head battles for the Event Championship.”

Although scheduled for the whole weekend, Monster Jam Pensacola brings mini-events throughout including Monster Jam Trackside, Pit Party, and Post-Event Driver Meet & Greet.
Monster Jam Trackside
The trackside event gives attendees a competition preview. It begins an hour before the start of the event start time, according to Monster Jam’s website and features the following.

Pit Party is an opportunity for attendees to see the “massive trucks” and meet drivers and crews.
According to Monster Jam’s website, “This fun-filled experience is the only place to get an insider’s look at how these 12,000-pound trucks are built to stand up to the competition.”

Post-Event Driver Meet & Greet
“The Monster Jam Post-Event Driver Meet and Greet is your most exclusive opportunity to meet and mingle with the drivers shortly after the event,” according to the website. Attendees can take photos, get autographs and talk about the competition with drivers in a private event area.
