It’s always nice to start Monday with numerous boxes of donuts. Hey, we bought them for a good cause to help UTEP students attend a Catholic awakening retreat. After we ate one whole donut, we would often feel “guilty” and simply cut the donuts into odd shapes for others to eat. Oh, well, I’m happy to do my part for a good cause.

TONIGHT: The skies will be partly cloudy overnight, and the winds will be light out of the SW at 5-15 mph. The low will drop to 46.

FORECAST: Tuesday will be mostly sunny and warmer with a high of 78. The warm SW winds will range from 10-35 mph with the strongest gusts on the east slopes (no dust). Wednesday will be mostly sunny and windy with a high of 80. The SW-west winds will pick up and gust to near 45 mph. This is likely to cause a dusty haze by afternoon. The strongest gusts will be on the east slopes of the mountains. Thursday will be partly cloudy with a high of 78 and moderate winds in the afternoon. Friday will be partly to mostly cloudy with lighter winds and a high of 71. Saturday will be mostly cloudy and cooler with a high of 66.
