Missouri motorcyclist killed in I-635 crash in Kansas City, Kansas
KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A 41-year-old Missouri motorcyclist is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Kansas City, Kansas.
The crash was reported just after 1 p.m. Monday on northbound Interstate 635, just south of 38th Street, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

KHP said the driver of the motorcycle was traveling north on I-635 when the vehicle went off the roadway into the shoulder and the driver was torn off the motorcycle by a metal piece attached to the wall.
The driver of the motorcycle, identified as Calder Allman, of Turney, Missouri, was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Allman was wearing a helmet and protective gear, according to KHP.
