Missing Washington 4-year-old found after Amber Alert issued

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 4-year-old Washington boy has been found after an Amber Alert was issued when his biological mother allegedly kidnapped him from his Bremerton home Sunday morning.

Just before 11 a.m., authorities reported that 4-year-old Teddy Templeton was likely traveling with his non-custodial mother, 39-year-old Shannon Isbell, in an unknown direction.

Officials said the pair were last seen near Bremerton at 12 a.m., when Isbell grabbed Templeton from his bed and proceeded to make threats to harm herself and the child.

WSP reported that Isbell was driving a blue 2005 Kia Spectra sedan with Washington license plate BER2466, or a silver 2006 Ford Escape with license plate ANF0721.
