Missing 17-year-old last seen in Hayward

(KRON) — The Alameda Sherriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a missing person. Kardai Burse, 17, was last seen on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at around 3 p.m. near the 100 block of Cherry Way in Hayward, the sheriff’s office said on Friday.

Burse is described to be 5’11 tall and weighs about 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap with “Woman Scare Me” across the front, a black sweatshirt, and black sweatpants with white writing on the front. The sheriff’s office said he may also be carrying a gray backpack.

Kardai did not have a cell phone or money and is unfamiliar with public transportation, the sheriff’s office said.
