WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) _ Minerva Neurosciences Inc. (NERV) on Tuesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $13.2 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Waltham, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 34 cents per share.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $50.2 million, or $1.29 per share.

Minerva Neurosciences shares have climbed 21 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 42 percent in the last 12 months.
