Milton woman dies after flipping SUV on Interstate 10 in Santa Rosa County

A 31-year-old Milton woman died Wednesday afternoon after crashing her vehicle on Interstate 10.

Florida Highway Patrol responded to mile marker 29 in Santa Rosa County to a single-vehicle crash around 5:43 p.m.

FHP says the woman was traveling westbound when she ran off the road and flipped the SUV. EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.
