Millville man charged with 6 counts of sexual assault on minor

Mar. 8—WABASHA, Minn. — A Millville man is facing six separate felony charges related to sexual assault and possession of pornographic work of a girl under the age of 14.

Jesse Allen Tesmer, 39, of Millville, Minnesota, is being held at the Wabasha County Jail on a $500,000 bail or bond with no conditions or a $250,000 bail or bond with multiple conditions including no contact with the victim and not to possess or use any pornographic or sexually explicit materials. He faces charges including four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to a criminal complaint:

The victim, now a 14-year-old female, told law enforcement that episodes of sexual contact with Tesmer began in the summer of 2022, when she was made to perform a sexual act upon him with her hand. Subsequent episodes included sexual acts with and without clothes, and earlier this month, she said, Tesmer forced intercourse upon her.

On other occasions, the victim described instances in which the defendant tried to show her pornography on the computer and would touch her breast, butt and genitals through her clothes. The defendant would continue this activity despite the victim telling him she did not want to be touched or trying to push his hands away.

An omnibus hearing is scheduled at the Third Judicial District Court in Wabasha at 3:15 p.m. on April, 1, 2024.
