Microsoft giving Xbox One demos in all retail stores starting today

Insider: Microsoft can’t and won’t sell Xbox One without Kinect in the near future

It’ll still be two weeks before the delivery man knocks on your door with a box containing your Xbox One, but if you just can’t wait to get your hands on the new console, you’re in luck. On Friday, Microsoft COO of Retail Stores David McAughan announced that the Xbox One is now playable in Microsoft stores all across North America. If you live near one of the 75 retail locations, you can try out Forza Motorsport 5, an Xbox One exclusive, and be entered into a sweepstakes worth thousands of dollars in the process. McAughan also says that Microsoft stores might be the best place to try to secure an Xbox One if you procrastinated on preordering the hard-to-find console.
