The "X-men: Days of Future Past" actor doesn't show his face in "Frank."

Released on May 9 in the UK, Lenny Abrahamson's film will open in the US in August. The official trailer was unveiled over the weekend.

"Frank" tells the story of a young musician, Jon, played by Domhnall Gleeson (Bill Weasley in "Harry Potter"), who joins an eccentric pop band lead by a mysterious man named Frank (Michael Fassbender) whose face is always kept hidden inside a big paperhead he never takes off.

The film also stars Maggie Gyllenhaal, who was recently seen in "White House Down."

In the trailer, the band can be seen putting up with Frank's eccentricities while trying to make a name for themselves.

Presented at the Sundance London Festival on April 25 as well as the Los Angeles Film Festival on June 14, the film will get a limited release when it opens in the US on August 22. It will also be shown in Hungary, Sweden, Japan and the Netherlands.
