What do drivers see on South Florida highways these days?
No doubt a mass of cars. What else is there with all those backups on I-95 and the Palmetto because of rush hour (which seems to last all day and night) or a crash or breakdown?
But there was once a time when these highways were new and free-flowing. Traffic moved swiftly across the relatively empty pavement.
So what did the Palmetto, I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike look like in the early days?

Benjamin Encz's path to entrepreneurship was long and unusual. Spotify has announced it's hiking subscriptions for customers in the U.S., the second such price increase in the space of a year. The music-streaming giant reports that premium pricing will increase in July from $10.99 to $11.99, representing a rise of nearly 10%. The Duo and Family plans will go up to $16.99 and $19.99, which are $2 and $3 increases respectively, while the student plan will remain at $5.99 per month.
