New Mexico State Police arrest suspect in Monday morning shooting
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police arrested 22-year-old Paul Marquez, accused of shooting at another vehicle on Paseo Del Norte near 2nd St. Monday morning.
Suspected cockfighting operation found in South Valley neighborhood
NMSP says an officer saw Marquez traveling east on Paseo Del Norte when he pulled up next to another vehicle and fired three shots into the passenger side of the vehicle. The officer pulled Marquez over and arrested him without further incident. No one was injured in the shooting. Police say Marquez was booked into MDC and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting at or from a motor vehicle.
