Mesa Pickleball complex among new businesses coming to metro Phoenix shopping centers

A pickleball-oriented entertainment complex is planned to open at Mesa Riverview in November, part of a group of new stores and restaurants joining shopping centers around the Valley.

Dink & Dine Pickle Park is planning to open a 63,000-square-foot facility in Mesa, near Loop 202 and Dobson Road, which will include pickleball courts, a dog park, food and bars, and event space. According to the company’s social media messaging, the development will have indoor and outdoor pickleball, two restaurants and three bars, and a food hall.

According to Kimco Realty, the owner of Mesa Riverview, the Dink & Dine location will be adjacent to Bass Pro Shops. Dink & Dine is scheduled to open in November, but some new restaurants will be opening at the shopping center sooner.

Mensho Ramen, a ramen restaurant with locations in the United States and Asia, will open a 2,400-square-foot location next to Gentleman Joe’s at the center this spring.

KPOT Korean BBQ and Hot Pot will open its first Arizona location at the center in July. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant will be near the Foundry.

Discount clothing and home goods store Ross Dress for Less will also open at Mesa Riverview in July.
