Mercer County Convention and Visitors Bureau to host Spring Tourism Mash-Up event

MERCER COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — A Spring Tourism Mash-Up event will be hosted by the Mercer County Convention and Visitors Bureau at the Chuck Mathena Center.

The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton, West Virginia on April 1, 2024.

At the event, partners will be able to learn about marketing opportunities, tourism grants, and workshops from the West Virginia Department of Tourism and the Mercer County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). In addition to partners learning about tourism grants and more from the West Virginia Department of Tourism and the Mercer County CVB, Digital Relativity’s Pat Strader will be there to teach them about tourism marketing trends.

We are thrilled to host the Tourism Mash-up event and help our partners to grow and learn more about the tourism industry.

Networking opportunities where attendees can learn how to partner with the Mercer County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the ATV, Arts, Dining and Outdoor industries in Mercer County will also be available at the Tourism Mash-Up event.

Attendees will be entered in a Mercer County Convention and Visitors Bureau advertising package drawing that includes a full-page ad in the 2025 Mercer County Visitor Guide, a mention in the Visit Mercer County Newsletter, a full size ad with WV Living, and a collaborative reek.
