From Woman's Day

It's about time actress Melissa McCarthy make her return to the small screen! A year after Mike and Molly ended on CBS, McCarthy is bringing a new show, Nobodies, to TV Land. The sitcom will follow three desperate screenwriters who are trying to convince McCarthy to act in their movie in order to sell their screenplay. So while McCarthy won't necessarily be the star of her new series, she will play herself. The actress will also act as an executive producer on the show, along with her husband Ben Falcone.

In an exclusive trailer from Entertainment Weekly, you can watch McCarthy bring her comedic chops and sass to Nobodies, along with some comedic help from A-list friends Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Jason Bateman, and Kristen Bell.

Similar to McCarthy's powerhouse character in The Boss, it doesn't look like she's holding anything backas she plays up her status quite a bit. If you liked films Tammy and The Boss (that the celebrity couple also produced together), you're going to love Nobodies.

Nobodies premieres on TV Land on Wednesday, March 29 at 10 p.m. ET, and by the looks of the trailer below, you're not going to want to miss a single episode.
