Meghan Markle Was the Surprise Guest at the Queen's Staff Christmas Party
Meghan Markle, who's officially spending her first Christmas with Prince Harry and the royal family in England, is back in the country and charming everyone at the castle, according to a report from The Daily Mail's royal correspondent Rebecca English. Queen Elizabeth II had her annual staff holiday party at Windsor Castle on Monday, where Markle ended up being a charming surprise guest.
"One person who met her told me that she was 'charm personified'," English wrote in a tweet. Per English's source, "She held out her hand & said 'Hi, I'm Meghan.' She was unbelievably beautiful and Harry looked so proud."

Yes, although I don't think I it was a gesture per se. I get the impression that Harry was keen to introduce her. I can imagine it will also help her get used to the 'Royal' way of doing things...
