Mega Millions tickets up for grabs at Springs King Soopers

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — In celebration of the $1 billion Mega Millions jackpot, the Colorado Lottery is giving away tickets for Tuesday’s drawing at a Colorado Springs King Soopers.

According to the Colorado Lottery, 200 tickets will be handed out to customers at the Stetson Hills King Soopers, located at 6030 Stetson Hills Boulevard, on Tuesday.

Those hoping to grab a ticket can head to the Stetson Hills location from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, ahead of the $1.1 billion drawing Tuesday night at 9 p.m. Mountain Time.

“For national drawings like Mega Millions and Powerball, even if you don’t play you win because for every dollar spent in Colorado, $.38 cents on that dollar goes to our proceeds beneficiaries that support the outdoors and schools in Colorado,” said the Lottery.

Colorado Lottery said the free tickets will be handed out as supplies last.
