The Designer: Paige Sumblin Schnell of Tracery Interiors
Paige Sumblin Schnell is the founder and lead designer of Tracery Interiors, which was established in 2008. Her Southern roots and European sensibilities have together shaped an aesthetic that has charmed people across the country. With an artistic streak that was fostered in design school at Auburn University, Schnell extended her experience with corporate, legal, and hospitality clients at ASD in Atlanta, Georgia, for six years. When she and her family moved to Scenic 30A in Northwest Florida, Schnell began designing projects along the Gulf Coast.

With her attention to detail and polished taste, Schnell has created a rich collection of inviting spaces that have been featured in Veranda, Southern Living, Traditional Home, Food & Wine, Better Homes and Gardens and House Beautiful. She is also a member of the Coastal Living/Southern Living Designer Network.

The Architect: Mark Schnell of Schnell Urban Design
Mark Schnell is the founder and owner of Schnell Urban Design, which was founded in 2004 along Scenic 30A in Walton County, Florida. Schnell embraces a holistic approach in development planning. His efforts to build awareness of “green” design have made the towns along 30A sought-after, innovative communities.

Schnell is actively involved in the South Walton community. He is a co-founder of the 30A Songwriters Festival, a three-day music festival held every January. He has also served on the board of governors of the Seaside Repertory Theatre and the South Walton Community Council.

The Builder: Peter Horan of Artisan Builds
Artisan Builds is a small, family-owned certified general contractor in Seagrove Beach, Florida. For more than 25 years, Artisan Builds has constructed custom homes in the greater South Walton area, offering clients the utmost attention to detail, dedication to the craft, and passion for the planning process.
