MediaRadar is providing its clients with a greater understanding of Snapchat with the addition of new ad tracking capabilities, the company announced. With the new update, MediaRadar is able to estimate Snapchat’s Ad Revenue — which it pins $267 million for the first half of 2018 — the number of publishers using lenses (4 percent from January 2018 – June 2018) and Discover channel videos. The company is also able to pin point which brands are investing the most in advertising on the platform. For example, from January-June, apparel and accessory companies, such as Ralph Lauren, Guess, and TOMS, were the fastest growing product category advertising on Snapchat, moving from seventh place to fourth place.
