Aug. 14—The splash pad at McDade Park is closed because of a mechanical pump malfunction, Lackawanna County officials said Monday.
The county Parks and Recreation Department debuted the new $729,100 state-of-the-art pad on July 8.
The new McDade Park swimming pool is open, the county said.
