The video shows a man spray-painting the doors then yanking down flags flying to the front of the building, cutting their ropes with what appeared to be a knife, the warrant says. The man left with the flags.
A records check showed the suspect had multiple prior contacts with police over the years, an officer wrote.

In fact, the warrant says, officers went to the suspect’s home earlier Saturday for a call for service.
While there, police noticed gold spray paint on his left eye and pickup truck, according to the warrant. Spray-painted on the driveway were the words, “F— Cops,” the warrant says.
