Martina McBride and Diamond Rio will headline a star-studded music festival at the Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater in June, according to a press release.
The American Made Music Festival 2022 will be held June 10 and 11 at the SMPA in Albertville, according to the release.
McBride, four-time Country Music Association Female Vocalist of the Year, and Diamond Rio, four-time Country Music Association Group of the Year, will be joined by festival hosts, Grand Ole Opry members and country/bluegrass/gospel legends Dailey & Vincent, original Statler Brother and Country and Gospel Hall of Famer Jimmy Fortune and other artists to be announced.
VIP tickets to the event went on sale Tuesday, with the general public able to purchase tickets beginning Friday, the release stated. Along with additional and new information, tickets can be purchased at https://sandmountainamphitheater.com, https://www.americanmademusicfestivals.com and https://www.daileyandvincent.com. More information also can be found at the SMPA's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/sandmountainpark.
According to the release, the festival is an extension of "The Dailey & Vincent Show," an Emmy-nominated hour-long variety television show that airs on the Circle Network. It showcases country, bluegrass and gospel musicians and in the past has had guests including Vince Gill, Trace Adkins, Tanya Tucker, Clint Black and the Oak Ridge Boys, among others.
“I can’t begin to explain how excited I am for Dailey & Vincent to announce our American Made Music Festivals,” band member Jamie Dailey said in the release. "We’ve always believed in working hard to bring our fans different experiences and, along with our team, sponsors and world-class promoters, we believe you will enjoy these beautiful venues with American-made music from some of the best in the country, bluegrass, gospel and comedy genres.”
Dailey & Vincent also are three-time Grammy Award nominees and have collected nine No. 1 Billboard charting records in the country, bluegrass and gospel categories.
The festival will follow all state and local laws, rules and regulations in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.
