Mayo launches new “Primary Care On-Demand” app

ROCHESTER, Min. (WLAX/WEUX) – Mayo Clinic Health System is launching a new program to make sure its patients have access to care at all times. Mayo says its new mobile app, “Primary Care on Demand,” will offer care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. After answering a few questions on the app, Mayo says patients will receive a symptom evaluation at no cost. You can also register for a video call with a Primary Care, on-demand physician, usually within 30 minutes. Those calls will be billed like an office visit.
