MaxPreps medium schools baseball computer rankings

Topsail won a North Carolina state title last season and is ranked No. 2 among American medium schools thus far in 2015.

Undefeated Oxford (Miss.) is the No. 1 medium school baseball team in the nation, according to the national medium schools baseball rankings released today by MaxPreps.

Based on the MaxPreps Computer Rankings, Oxford comes in at the No. 1 spot, ahead of Topsail (Hampstead, N.C.) and San Dimas (Calif.).

The medium school rankings include schools from state association enrollment divisions generally between 1,000 and 2,000 students.

Alabama and Illinois have the most teams in the rankings with three apiece.
