Matt Kenseth will start first alongside Roush Fenway Racing teammate Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for Saturday night’s All-Star Race.

Kenseth and Stenhouse posted the fastest two times in the unique All-Star qualifying format. Drivers take three laps and make a pit stop on their second lap. There’s no pit road speed limit and time penalties are applied for pit road miscues. And the race is featuring a different rules package for the cars.

Kenseth is making just his second (unofficial) start of 2018 after Roush hired him to share the No. 6 car with Trevor Bayne. His season debut came a week ago at Kansas where he struggled and finished 36th after getting caught in a crash.

Here’s how the All-Star Race grid looks. The Open qualifying race for the All-Star Race saw its qualifying session rained out on Friday so that field will be set by points. Three drivers qualify from the Open via the race and one driver will qualify via the fan vote. The Open is at 7 p.m. ET and the All-Star Race will begin after 8 p.m. ET.
