Martial arts star Phillip Rhee headlines Cleveland Martial Arts Hall of Fame weekend

Phillip Rhee is not only a master martial arts star, his movie 'Best of the Best' is considered one of the top martial arts films next to Karate Kid. Phillip was invited to Northeast Ohio by local stunt coordinator Rick Fike for special events happening at Cleveland Martial Arts Hall of Fame Weekend.
