Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg's Best Moments (So Far)

The biggest surprise this year -- at least, in the world of food television -- has to be the revelation that Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg have teamed for the VH1 series Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party (premiering Nov. 7 at 10 p.m. ET). The new half-hour weekly series features the two personalities hosting outrageous dinner parties with some even more outrageous collection of guests, including Kathy Griffin, Wiz Khalifa, Seth Rogen, Ashlee Simpson, Evan Ross and Robin Thicke.

"Both Snoop and I really wanted to do a teaching show -- and a fun show like a dinner party show, which it's turned out to be," Martha tells The Insider about the conception of the series.

While the show may be an interesting surprise, the unlikely pair has quite the past, from appearing on ABC's $100,000 Pyramid to roasting Justin Bieber on Comedy Central. So, before the duo's half-baked series premieres, we're taking a look back at our favorite moments from this charismatic couple.

They're No (Pillow) Sham:

In this ET exclusive clip, Martha and Snoop rock a practice round on $100,000 Pyramid where Michael Strahan asks them to name lavish household items. The Doggfather is up on his domestic game, and it's almost astonishing.

Herbs for Life:

Martha and Snoop show Architectural Digest around their pimped-out new kitchen. It's divided in half and is designed to showcase their seemingly opposite interests -- but they actually have a lot in common. They both have herb gardens, for one.

Paw Prints:

Will Snoop's talents never cease? He can drop down and get his easel on, too! In September, Martha tweeted a picture of an adorable pup he painted for her.

The Gift That Keeps on Giving:

Snoop calls Martha "the gift that keeps on giving" during On Air with Ryan Seacrest, right after she cracks a rather uncharitable (but hilarious) joke.

Well, I Never:

Ellen DeGeneres invites the pair to play a dry round of the classic drinking game "Never Have I Ever" alongside Anna Kendrick. Martha lets loose on the very first question -- and as Snoop might say, "Bow wow wow!"

Sorry Not Sorry:

Martha tries on a bit of racially-charged humor during Justin Bieber's 2015 Comedy Central Roast. Snoop, who's sitting next to Kevin Hart as she targets the comedian, is clearly tickled by how off the cuff she is.

Ounce by Ounce:

Snoop and Martha team up to make green-colored brownies on this 2015 episode of The Martha Stewart Show. They're quite candid about the magic ingredient that Snoop typically prefers to add as well as the type of measurements that are used.

Do the Mashed Potato:

In the appearance that foretells all of this current glory, Snoop and Martha make mashed potatoes on The Martha Stewart Show in 2008. The recipe came from Martha's mom, Mrs. Kostyra, but Snoop adds his own distinctive touches to the process—and definitely has some opinions about using white instead of black pepper.
