Marshmallow-Stuffed Hot Cocoa Cookies

Makes 12
1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
6 large marshmallows, halved
⅓ cup powdered sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 350°. In a bowl, add chocolate-hazelnut spread, flour and egg and stir until full combined and dough forms. (If the dough still feels very wet, add up to 2 tbsp. more flour.) Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. Using about 2 tbsp. of dough at a time, flatten into a disc and place one marshmallow half in the center. Use your hands to roll the dough into a ball around the marshmallow. Repeat with remaining dough and marshmallows. Roll each cookie in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Freeze 10 minutes.

3. Transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack and let sit for at least 10 more minutes before eating.
