Marin Software raises $105 million from initial public offering of 7.5 million shares

NEW YORK (AP) -- Marin Software has raised $105 million in an initial public offering.

The software company said Friday that it priced the offering at $14 per share. That is above the expected price range of $11 to $13 per share.

The size of the IPO has increased to 7.5 million shares from 7 million shares.

Marin Software Inc. is giving the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.1 million shares at the IPO price.

Shares of the San Francisco company are expected to begin trading Friday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MRIN."
