Tens of thousands of people from around the world descend upon Omaha, Nebraska every year to listen to legendary investors Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger answer a marathon of questions.

The Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting of Shareholders, nicknamed “Woodstock for Capitalists,” is truly a global event, with people traveling as far as Nigeria and Brazil. This year’s attendance set a record with nearly 42,000 people.

As part of Yahoo Finance’s exclusive livestream of the event, we asked attendees to let us know where they had traveled from. In all, we had 306 unique locations from across the globe.

Not surprisingly, here in the U.S., Omaha residents represented the largest population of attendees followed by San Francisco, Des Moines, Minneapolis, and Chicago.

Internationally, China had the largest turnout, with people traveling from cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Nanjing. Singapore also saw a significant turnout.

Other locations we tracked included Bermuda, Ireland, Norway, Finland, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Ukraine, Lebanon, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, and Chile, just to name a few.
