Many Iranian airports are to remain closed into Monday following the mass drone attack on Israel, the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) has reported.

Apart from the country's main Imam Khomeini Airport serving Tehran, air traffic in the west of the country is to remain shut down until 6 am (0230 GMT) on Monday.

The shutdown affects the cities of Tabriz, Kermanshah and Ahvaz in the west of the country, but also Isfahan and Shiraz further east.
