Many drunk drivers arrested in Montgomery County during St. Patrick’s Day weekend

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCDP) said Monday that many people driving under the influence were arrested during St. Patrick’s Day weekend.

New ‘Crash Tracker’ tool aims to keep DMV roadways safe

From March 15 to March 17, MCDP said 12 of its officers along with Maryland State Police troopers conducted 82 traffic stops.

Those traffic stops resulted in 13 DUI arrests, 129 traffic citations, 64 warnings, 21 safety repair orders and one criminal arrest.
