The gobsmackingly designed estate at 77 Corey Lane in Milton (birthplace of George H.W. Bush!) has been on the sales market now for more than two months. It's listed for $7,000,000 even, quite above what it went for the last time it traded: Way back in June 1998, the four-acre spread, with its 19-room main house and its guest cottage, went for a mere $677,500.
Wondering about said gobsmacking design? It's a conceptual knockoff of the ideas of Manhattan-based Diamond Baratta. Over to Curbed National: "Diamond Baratta, a little reminder, is a design firm known for its pattern-happy interiors, which are stylishly slathered in quirky motifs, tartans, and medallion rugs."
