Mannheim Steamroller returning to Las Cruces with Christmas concert

LAS CRUCES – Christmas is coming early this year — Mannheim Steamroller is coming back to Las Cruces for a November concert.

The new age music group will return to the New Mexico State University Pan American Center at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 26. Their performances in town have become a holiday tradition for many.

Mannheim Steamroller has been performing for over 35 years and are known for unique instrumental tracks. Their Christmas tour is particularly popular and takes on such classics as “Carol of the Bells” and “Stille Nacht.” Music, coupled with multimedia effects, will undoubtedly put audience members in the holiday spirit.

The group’s Christmas tour begins Nov. 15 and continues through Dec. 30. They are scheduled to perform in Albuquerque’s Popejoy Hall Dec. 7.

Tickets for the Las Cruces concert went on sale July 29 on Ticketmaster, www.ticketmaster.com/nmsu-pan-american-center-tickets-las-cruces/venue/. Tickets cost between $40 and $80.
