Scarlett Johansson really likes popcorn.

After chomping on the puffy stuff at her movie premieres through the years, the big-screen star is sinking her teeth into a new side venture: She’s opening a popcorn shop in Paris with her husband, Romain Dauriac. The store, which they’ve named Yummy Pop, will hold a soft opening on Saturday — with ScarJo in attendance — if you happen to find yourself in the French city’s Le Marais nabe. And if so, lucky you!

Johansson’s Yummy Pop should not be confused with this food shaper, which boasts the same name (and claims to own the trademark).

Legalities aside, Johansson is apparently very excited to get into the popcorn business. In a press released obtained by Yahoo, the 31-year-old actress called it a “dream of mine and my family for several years to bring our favorite American snack to our favorite European City! I am so excited to introduce Yummy Pop, a labor of love and Epicurean enthusiasm. My hope is for Yummy Pop to become a Parisian snacking staple and a symbol of friendship between my two most beloved cities, Paris and New York.”

The blonde worked with chef Will Horowitz from Ducks Eatery and Harry & Ida’s in New York to come up with the menu. The popcorn, which will be cooked on the premises (“their number one priority is freshness and flavor,” the press release noted), will come in various flavors like sea salt and olive oil, real Vermont cheddar, real Vermont maple, and strawberries and cream.

It was noted that maple is their daughter Rose’s favorite flavor, whereas Dauriac’s little sister, who is the manager of Yummy, loves strawberry.

Johansson’s rep said the store will start having regular business hours on Saturday (11:30 a.m. till 8 p.m. daily) so they can “work out the kinks for a couple of months.” A grand opening will follow at a future date.

The actress has adopted Paris as home since she started a family with Dauriac, whom she married in 2014. During an appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman the same year, she talked about it being an exciting but sometimes difficult transition culturally, noting that she often got body-checked by other pedestrians on the crowded streets. “I started getting really aggressive with people now, and I don’t care!” she said.

Well, she may want to tone it down a bit now that she’s trying to get locals into her store — though with those flavors, it probably won’t be hard.
