Manchester woman charged with DUI after pedestrian, 70, killed Sunday night

Apr. 15—MANCHESTER — A 70-year-old man is dead and a local woman is facing a driving while intoxicated charge after her vehicle allegedly struck him in the area of Kelley and Alsace streets Sunday night.

Paul Hilliker, 70, of Manchester, was pronounced dead. Kimberly Hill, 33, was uninjured.

She was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit. Anyone with information can call 603-668-8711.
