Man, woman taken to hospital after pulling up to Tampa gas station with gunshot wounds

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man and a woman were taken to a hospital after they pulled up to a gas station in Tampa with gunshot wounds.

The Tampa Police Department said it was called to the Rebel parking lot at 5149 Adamo Drive after 911 callers reported a man and a woman had pulled up to the gas station in a white Honda and were suffering from gunshot wounds.

Officers said the man and woman both had both been shot in the arm. They are expected to be OK.

Investigators said they believe the shooting did not take place in the city of Tampa limits. Detectives are working to find out where the two people were shot and what led to the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing. No other details were available.
