Man, teenager arrested in Zephyrhills shooting; no injuries reported

ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. (WFLA) — A man and teenager were arrested Tuesday following a shooting in Zephyrhills.

According to the Zephyrhills Police Department, the shooting occurred between acquainted parties at the intersection of 4th Avenue and 18th Street; however, no injuries were reported.

Following the investigation, a 15-year-old and 23-year-old Dymunte’ T. Williams were arrested.

Williams is facing several charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm in public or on residential property. Police did not indicate if the 15-year-old is facing the same charges.

The investigation is ongoing and police said more criminal charges are pending.
