Man stabbed multiple times in Northwest DC

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a man was stabbed multiple times in Northwest D.C. on Monday night.

Police said that at about 11:00 p.m., it was dispatched to the 1500 block of 10th street for the report of a stabbing.

Officers said that the victim was walking when he was approached by two suspects.

One of the suspects told the victim: “Where you from?” the victim then placed his belongings on the floor.

Man arrested in connection to road rage shooting in Fairfax County

One of the suspects went to take the victim’s belongings, which made the victim and the other suspect get involved in a physical altercation.

The suspect who was going to take the victims belongings then pulled the victim’s shirt over, covered his face and started to stab him multiple times.

Both suspects soon fled the scene. The victim then ran to his home, where someone was able to call 911.

DC Fire and EMS responded to the scene and treated the victim before being transported to the hospital.
