Man shows up at St. Petersburg barber shop with gunshot wound, police say

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man showed up Friday afternoon at a barber shop in St. Petersburg with a gunshot wound, according to police.

The man drove himself to a barber shop along 18th Avenue South to ask for help after being shot at another location, police said.

He was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK.

Officers are working to learn where the shooting happened. No one has been taken into custody.
