Man shot multiple times in Ninth Ward
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans police are investigating a shooting that left a man shot multiple times on Monday, April 1.
According to the NOPD, the shooting occurred shortly before 7:11 a.m. at the intersection of North Galvez and Port streets.
NOPD investigates first shooting of April in French Quarter
Investigators said the victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the scene. He was then transported to a hospital via New Orleans EMS.
The NOPD is continuing to investigate.
