Man robbed at gunpoint while sitting in car: Mobile Police

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A man was robbed at gunpoint Friday night while sitting in his car on Faure Drive, according to the Mobile Police Department.

An MPD news release said officers were called to the 1600 block of Faure Drive around 11:30 p.m. for a robbery report.

When officers arrived, they found that the man was parked in his driveway when someone came up to his vehicle and robbed him at gunpoint, according to the release.

The person allegedly took the man’s wallet and phone.
