Man pleads guilty to killing woman who was arguing with his mother

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Kristian Crepsin, the man charged in a deadly Albuquerque shooting, pleaded guilty in court Wednesday.

Investigators say 18-year-old Crespin fatally shot a woman that was arguing with his mother, Kristina Withrow, in her front yard. Investigators said Withrow told Crespin to fire some warning shots at the woman and when he fired, one of the bullets hit her.

Crespin pleaded guilty to second degree murder and tampering with evidence. He faces up to 18 years in prison, as per his plea agreement.
