Man has ‘major’ burn injuries from fire in Taco Bell bathroom

(FOX40.COM) — A person suffered “major” burn injuries from a small fire in a Taco Bell bathroom in Carmichael, according to Sacramento Metro Fire.

Officials said the fire occurred at a Taco Bell on Manzanita Avenue around 2 p.m. on Thursday.

Suspect in homicide in Sacramento tunnel arrested

After the fire occurred, the male victim ran out of the building and across Manzanita Avenue where he collapsed, officials said.

Officials said he was transported to a local burn center for treatment.

Crews extinguished the fire and are investigating the matter as arson.
