Man hospitalized in shooting, no arrests made, Tampa police say

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa police are investigating a Sunday evening shooting that left a man hospitalized.

At 6:17 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of North Albany Avenue and West Pine Steet, where they found a man with lower-body trauma.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, but his current condition was not released.

Police are still investigating the cause of the shooting, and as of this report, there have been no arrests made.
